Patio & balcony awnings

Awnings create a comfortable shaded space on terraces and balconies. For homes, hospitality and commercial outdoor areas, we coordinate projection, fabric and fixings with the architecture and the path of the sun.

Choose width and projection thoughtfully

Width alone does not describe the area you want to shade. Consider projection, installation height and the sun during the hours you normally use the space. Include tables, chairs and circulation areas. Prepare an initial concept in the 3D studio; fixings and final dimensions are assessed at the property.

Fabric, cassette and façade design

Fabric and frame colours work alongside windows, the façade and outdoor furniture. With a cassette design, consider its appearance when retracted too. Ask about suitable samples rather than judging colours only on screen. Available space and the mounting substrate also influence the appropriate construction.

Everyday operation and care

Decide whether manual or motorised operation suits your routine. Sensors and controls must be appropriate for the selected system. Follow the specific model instructions for weather limits and cleaning. Document unusual noises, fabric damage or changes in movement early when requesting service.

CLARITY FOR YOUR PLANS

What affects your quotation?

Dimensions, specification, materials, controls and installation work determine the project scope, together with the existing conditions and agreed supporting work. We assess your enquiry individually rather than offering an unsuitable flat price.

  1. Send photographs, the location and intended use.
  2. Discuss options, the site survey and installation conditions.
  3. Agree the specification, scope and schedule.

Good to know

Can just the awning fabric be replaced?

A fabric replacement may be possible if the frame and mechanism are suitable and matching fabric is available. Condition, fixings and model are assessed first. Send overall and detail photographs for an initial review.

Can I enquire about advice and service together?

Yes. MOM Storen in Rotkreuz is your contact for advice, installation and service enquiries. Scope, travel and scheduling are agreed for your property. Model details and photographs help with existing systems.
