Blinds & shading in Zurich
For office buildings and managed properties in Zurich, we consider site contacts, access arrangements and coordination with ongoing operations.
Including building use and project contacts
For Zurich, Winterthur, Uster, Dübendorf or Horgen, identify affected rooms and responsibilities in managed buildings. An overview by floor or façade helps with several systems.
Organising your project
For office space, we discuss controls, access times and coordination with normal operations. For terraces, include the intended use and existing connections.
Shading for workplaces and managed buildings
For an office in Zurich or Winterthur, an overview by room, façade and hours of use is helpful. Describe when glare occurs and who operates the blinds.
Agree control groups and responsibilities early for shared spaces. The system is selected around those needs and the existing façade.
Coordinate work with ongoing operations
For properties in Uster, Dübendorf, Horgen or other municipalities, tell us access times, contacts and affected areas. Separate urgent repairs from planned renewal.
For multiple systems, photographs labelled by room or window can simplify initial coordination.
